We understand that each partner has different needs and requirements. Besides finding the right candidate in terms of qualification and experience, we do our best to make the best selection of applicants by taking into consideration each company’s business policy as well .
Our policy
- We do not charge our clients for searching for candidates, sending CVs or arranging interviews. A commission will only be charged after the selected candidate will have signed the work contract with our partner
- We advertise our vacancies on our website as well as industry specific job boards which enables us to attract the greatest number of experienced candidates.
- In our work, we take responsibility for searching for the right candidates, according to the requirements of the job offers, providing consultancy for the candidates about the offered positions, and also about the legal employment and living requirements which need to be kept while working and living in a foreign country,
- We do the pre-selection of the candidates (written and oral tests, which can be both professional and language proficiency tests),
- We collect the candidates’ documentation (professional CV’s, copies of certificates, references), and send the required documents of the possible future employees to our Partners,
- We keep close and continuous contact with the candidates and also make travel arrangements for them before travelling abroad,
- We guarantee the replacement of employed candidates who might turn out not be suitable.
Commercial aspects
Regarding our fees, we operate with three payment systems, based on our partners’ request
- Applied fee based on monthly salary
- Applied fee based on annual basic salary
- Applied fee based on hourly rate
Our commissions are applied only in case of a successful placement!
